How to sign up for class?
Early signing up will secure your place in the class you chose. Register for the yoga class online, by phone or e-mail. Signing up is discontinued 15 minutes prior to the class. The Bikram Yoga class lasts 90 minutes. For your first class arrive 20-30 minutes early for registration.

What to pack in the bag for the yoga class?
You will need two towels – one for the class, another for the shower – a large water bottle and a yoga mat. Towels, water and mats can be rented or bought at our studio. You will be intensely sweating during the class, so we recommend choosing a light, breathable and sweat-absorbing sportswear. You can buy clothing that is specially designed for hot yoga classes in the shop at our studio.

How much water should be consumed before and during the class?
Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day prior to class, it is important to be hydrated. When you have been practicing for a while you can try to decrease the water intake during class and finally not drink at all.

Is it advised not-to have a meal before a class?
Refrain from eating at least 2-3 hours prior to the class.

Who shall be informed about one’s state of health?
Please let teachers know if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have any injuries, illnesses, recent surgery or medication. Pregnant women, who have never done Bikram Yoga before, should wait to Bikram Yoga in the first 3 months, and then start with a special pregnancy yoga series.

What if dizziness or other problems occur during a class?
It is not unusual to feel nauseous or dizzy during your first class. In the heated yoga room, your body needs adequate fund of water to allow perspiration to release heat from the body as you practice. Once you are drinking enough water. If you feel sick, dizzy or nauseous in class, just do the best you can, resting when you feel the need. Learn to listen to your own body and take care of yourself in class. Try to always stay in the yoga room. It is not recommended to leave the yoga room even for a short time.
